Owner Corey Normandin has been working in the building and remodeling industry since 1998. His interest in the construction industry began in high school while taking courses in construction trades, cabinetmaking, and drafting. He began his career in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area doing high-end remodels and strengthened his experience working on specialty remodels like handicap-accessible projects in Las Vegas. You can see his carpentry skills in a Better Homes and Garden magazine article, “Rambler Rejuvenated” (December 2003, page 98), which featured a remodel completed by the Minneapolis design/build firm where he worked. In 2005, he moved back to the Fargo-Moorhead area to fulfill his own dream of becoming a licensed general contractor and running his own company where he no longer had to compromise on quality.
Corey is a licensed general contractor in Minnesota and North Dakota.
